As discussed in the Hackathon, currently there is no easy/quick way to see all the admins on INDIGO IAM, neither as API nor on the dashboard. It would be useful if we could just filter admins via an API. I'm not sure if it would be simpler/better to add this as a filtering option to one of the current APIs, or to add a new API that returns the admins.

And in the future, this API call could be used in the new dashboard to show the admins of the instance.
