Describe the need

There's new copilot PR review feature (currently on Preview).

It can be enabled by repository/organization rulesets: https://docs.github.com/en/copilot/using-github-copilot/code-review/configuring-automatic-code-review-by-copilot

Could you add support for it in TF provider?
