Can not read value of OCR.READS_TO_CORE.SNC_DRAM using pcm-numa on GNR

I wanted to use pcm-numa to monitor cross numa access while the result of "Remote DRAM Accesses" was always 0 when workload was running state and it could be confirmed that there were cross numa accesses in the workload. pcm-numa output refers to following

no the issue on EMR, any difference on GNR or configuration problems on GNR(SP with 1 socket)?

could you please check if a different tool (e.g. emon) reports non-zero values for OCR.READS_TO_CORE.SNC_DRAM event in your setup?
