start.sh script don't suppot the multi host monitor #914

As program show, start.sh script don't support the multi host monintor which describe in the "pcm-master/scripts/grafana/README.md"

Now i could use it to run successfully,however,it also has some wrong through file "targets.txt", seems don't get the data from target host . I try to run command "./start.sh http://xxx.xxx.xx.xxxx:9738", it's ok.

monitor host could ping target host successfully (actuall use command "./start.sh http://10.17.149.235:9738" is ok):
