Update mysql cookbook to 6.0.x

The MySQL cookbook has changed upstream with incompatible changes. To keep up-to-date with this cookbook, we need to modify our repository to adhere to the new changes.

The most important change is that there aren't recipes in this cookbook anymore, but you need to call a new mysql_service resource yourself in your recipe.
