Queries regarding neuronavigation

Hey all,
I was experimenting with neuronavigation and I have some questions.

1. Is it possible to simulate neuronavigation using Debug tracker in Linux(Ubuntu 22.05).
2. How to refine and reduce FRE

Apologies for the delayed response.
You can use both the Debug Tracker (Random) and (Approach) to simulate navigation.

Please follow these steps:

1. Activate Navigation Mode (TMS): You can activate it from the upper menu under "Mode."
2. Perform Coregistration: Collect the Image Fiducial (using the MRI) and the Patient Fiducial (using the Debug Tracker). Simply click Record Fiducial, and it will collect random coordinates.
3. Simulation Mode: Don’t worry about accuracy, as the coordinates will be random. However, you can experiment with the Refine feature to see how it works (this step is optional). The stylus is also optional.
4. Register the TMS Coil: Create a new registration, and you can use the default coil. To collect coil fiducials, just press the buttons for the left, right, anterior, and fixed positions. Again, it will collect random coordinates.
5. Start Navigation!
6. If you’re using Debug Tracker Approach, create a marker and define it as a target. The coil will move to the defined target. You’ll need to stop and restart navigation to make this happen.
