Menu opened from menu bar doesn't close when minimising/switching tabs #878

If you switch or minimise the window after opening a menu from menu bar, the menu items are visible in the other window you have opened. Also changing the size of the window leaves the menu hanging where it was in the screen.

None of the focus based events seem to fire when we switch windows when a menu from menu bar is opened. Does anyone know any other way to detect that switching of windows?

I am trying to replicate that senario, but I am facing no issue. Could you please state some steps to follow to produce this error? The menu bar behavior of it is like any other app.

OS: Linuxmint 22.1 xia
WM: Muffin
