Hello,
I tried different exports after some searches.
I would expect to have a report (PDF or ODT format) with the collection of bibliographic data, but didn"t found that.
Have I missed something?

Hi @papoteur-mga,

thanks for investigating the export feature.

Status quo

We already tried to include a fair amount of different export formats and flavors and we are happy to add more if users feel some are still missing.

While PatZilla should be able to export project-related metadata in tabular shapes suitable to be formatted as .ods / .xlsx files which also will be converted into PDF serving as a kind of a report, it will export patent bibliographic data in XML and JSON formats as coming from the OPS service.

Outlook: Reports made of bibliographic data

So, there are probably no highlevel reports of bibliographic data yet. So, how would you envision such a report? What is on our agenda is to provide a condensed, per-document bibliographic report-like document, which is formatted as a double-sided PDF in DIN A5 size with landscape orientation.

If you would like to see a different output format, we want to encourage you to drop some thoughts here.

With kind regards,
Andreas.

Hello,
A export could be a collection of sheets in a ODT document like the joined one. We could add an index in the first page.
export model.docx
(Why github doesn't accept odt files, when it accept docx. It's a shame).

Dear @papoteur-mga,

thanks for your suggestion. The layout of the document looks good to me.

Another possible layout/output format would be PDF.
