Describe the bug
Somtimes files just vanish from the Kubo app on Windows 10. You add them, but after some time or a restart, they’re gone from the list.

To Reproduce
Steps to see the issue:

  1. Open Kubo on Wndows 10.
  2. Add a file to IPFS.
  3. Wait or restart the app.
  4. Check the list — the file isn’t their anymore.

Expected behaviour
Files should stay visable in the app unless I remove them myself.

Screenshots
Here’s a screnshot showing the problem: [link](https://t.me/donoperinfo/53746).

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10
  • Kubo Version: 40

Additional context
This bug happens on any configuration of mashines and mods running Windows OS. Once it apears, the Kubo interface never works properly again on that machine.
Tried everything to clean the system: uninstalls, removing configs, clearing data — no efect. It keeps finding some broken state of configuration and reintroduces the isue.
