To provide extensibility of Wintermute into different platforms, adding a JavaScript wrapper around the core library will help with adopting software written in JavaScript that we'd like to make use of.

Best option for this looks like cmake-js; making it easy to get the CMake build system going with Node. Going to split this out into a separate repository though.
