Is there a reason you aren't using the configuration as code plugin?

Which is the recommended approach and has complete support for configuring whereas the builder doesn't

@timja Our organization has 100+ Jenkins instances managed by Tools team, they doesn't allow us to add team specific settings using Configuration as code plugin.

Hence, we have written automation to manage the Cloud profiles using Groovy script, there are gaps in TemplateBuilder and actual plugin features. Adding the support would benefit who plans to use groovy to manage things
