Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, there is no way to use the JF CLI to build and record dependecies for a RubyGems project.
While Artifactory supports Ruby repositories, and Xray scans Ruby packages, users can't build Ruby gems themselves and have the dependencies recorded and scanned by Xray.
Describe the solution you'd like to see
Adding support for RubyGems, such that we could use the --build-name and --build-number commands to record information about the build, including dependencies.
Describe alternatives you've considered
As a workaround, we can include other packages in a build, not as dependencies.
