Scopes don't work in 2 window mode

We have Vectorscope, RGBParade available here, on the right side, below monitor:

Not available currently. I was going to state that current video display tech does not allow for this feature, but that might not be true actually. However, we will probably look into this earliest when creating native Wayland display pipeline.

Also a moving to a more conventional approach where scopes are available in separate panel and are not overlays is something we would like to do.

As there is no immediate plan to add monitor zoom feature I'm closing this as undecided for the time being. When we are in position to implement the zoom feature we will very likely do it.

Just wanna to let you know that in Window Mode - Two Windows the buttons for Vectorscope... aren't clickable.

Confirmed, that's bug. No idea how the hell this is possible, but somehow adding popovers to non-main window doesn't "just work" as one would naively expect.
