Kerning not working outside of kerning tab

Hello, thanks for your time.
I am having a problem when viewing the font in anything except for Birdfont itself, the kerning I have set does not appear. As if I have not set it at all.
I read a previous post from 2017 where there is mention of a maximum number of kerning pairs.
I have a LOT for this font, so I wonder if the problem is that I have passed that limit.
