NetBeans templates, redux?

Before I searched the history, I went and created some NetBeans templates based on the Brackets ones. I figured I'd contribute, so I read the contrib guide, forked and committed, then searched the issues.

I see that NetBeans templates were asked about in #458, added in PR #507, then removed in PR #512. Why were they removed? There seems to be no discussion about it, though I suspect that it was removed because the XML file does nothing on its own, and NetBeans needs a zip file built a certain way.

I realized today that there are a few typos in those snippets that cause template variables to not work right, or break some styling practices (e.g. missing semicolons). I'll have to make a new commit.
