Stuck on Loading

I have NetalertX running in a container and recently noticed that it has become quite slow. Lately, when using it, the system gets stuck on the "Loading" screen for an extended period, and sometimes it doesn’t progress past that. I decided to restart the container, and after logging back in, I noticed that most items are either disconnected or showing as offline. I followed the instructions to refresh the browser, but the issue persists. Log has been attached as well as a screen shot of the original issue.

Can you please try:

• opening the page in an incognito window to make sure caching is not an issue?
• can you please provide me with the error log from the browser?

I have tried incognito and the fault persists.
In terms of browser logs what do you mean? I am using chrom so is the chrome logs that sit under %LOCALAPPDATA%\Google\Chrome\User Data that you are after?

If you press F12 in most browsers a browser log will show up.

1. Navigate to Console

2. Reload the page

3. Observe any error

4. Could you please also send me screenshots of your enabled settings?

5. Is the loading message always displayed or only sometimes?

6. Can you please post your docker-compose file?

I decided to rebuild the container last night and so far the issue has not reared its head. One thing i did was to Disable AVAHISCAN and it it is no longer locking up when loading. Are there any advanatges to running the AVAHISCAN?

AVAHISCAN is responsible for name resolution (Plugin for device name discovery via the avahi network utility supporting mDNS.). You can disable it if you want. Alternatively you can set it to e.g. an hourly schedule.
