I wanted to check to make sure my blocklist was working and when I try to log in it gets stuck on the verification and then says the service is not available.

This has been happening on and off for about two weeks now.

Now seeing "Error: Problem during app authorization."

Looking at a blocklist directly yields the quick error

Error: connect ECONNREFUSED 172.31.34.185:3306

Their MySQL server on the local network is down/not available. It probably just needs a restart @jsha.
