Suggestion: Blocking People's Follower/Following list

Would it be possible to make it so you could add a person's entire follower/following list into your own blocklist?  This way you could prevent harassment campaigns on an account by malicious users on Twitter.  I realize that there are already existing tools such as Twitter Block Chain that were made for this but they haven't been updated to function with the current Twitter layout (I've tried and all it does is give errors).
