Feature: "hide" flag for deprecated packages #733

Visibility flag to allow for hiding deprecated packages.

Similar to "yank" but for a complete package, where the package is not deleted from the registry (because immutability/security) but no longer shows up in the listings and search results.

If projects no of the deprecated "package@version" it continues to work, it just no longer pollutes the visible namespace.

I just got word from Luca Casonato (deno) that "Archive" packages feature has just shipped.
