[Big project] Create use-case oriented Getting Started docs (and maybe YouTube playlists)

Description

Currently, Kestra provides:

1. Generic Getting Started and Quickstart for everyone
2. Use-case oriented in-app onboarding guide

The problem with this is that:

• onboarding guide in the app can be easily skipped
• we have by now a lot of content across docs, YouTube, plugin examples, blueprints, but that content is not consolidated to make it easy to find and digest for given use cases and personas

It would be cool if we could work this year on adding:

1. Dedicated docs page per use case e.g. Infrastructure Automation, Analytics Engineering, ETL Data Pipelines, Microservices, Process Orchestration, Business & AI Automation etc.
2. Consolidate relevant information per use case e.g. for Analytics Engineering, list the dbt plugin page + all blueprints relevant to dbt and analytics, videos + content about Git Clone, Git Sync, Namespace Files, SQL + Data warehouse plugins etc.
3. Perhaps one YouTube playlist per use case? Lots of @wrussell1999's videos can be reused across multiple of those use-case specific playlists e.g. video about Script tasks can easily fit into 3-4 categories of use cases.
