Inaccurate validation results summary

The validation result summary isn't being accurately calculated. The summary numbers should show total number of validation checks/tests that succeeded, failed, or did not run. Right now it looks like its showing the total number of entities that passed a test, failed a test, or did not run.

In the example above, the total failed tests should be a sum of the failed tests from each test category (e.g. 1 in the above example).
