There seems to be an issue with how job logs are appended. This has been observed with release and release_task jobs but could be an issue with other jobs too. In the example below you can see that 2 different job logs were created for the same release on Oct 5 when only one should have been created.

The release coordinator UI only displays the latest one which is very misleading as it looks like the release is being canceled as soon as it starts:
