Simulating an SCChart (e.g. motor.sctx) with Netlist-based(Java) causes the variables to not be ordered by in/output, see the image:
notOrdered
Using C as the simulation works, this seems to be an issue only when using Java as the simulation environment.

Using openjdk 17.0.6 2023-01-17
