[Feature / Vue] Add option for Vue SSR

User should be able to select if he needs SSR in combination with Vue.

Two more options for a simple and more advanced option.

• A simple boilerplate without vue-router if your App is on one page for example.
• More advanced, full flavoured with vue-router, Vuex etc. like the official Hackernews Example
