Pink artifacts after resizing #181

Tried to resize gif with white chars on black bg witch gifsicle --resize 1080x_ 1.gif > 2.gif It outputted that: https://c-v.sh/pongidshallot.png

Is it a bug?

Adding "--resize-colors 256" fixed issue.
