🔥 Remove KotoolsTypesSerializers type

📝 Description

We want to remove the KotoolsTypesSerializers type from the types-kotlinx-serialization subproject for using the EmailAddressAsStringSerializer and the ZeroAsByteSerializer types instead, available in the same project.
Also, the README documentation of the types-kotlinx-serialization subproject should provide an example of using these serializers instead of the KotoolsTypesSerializers type.
