(Windows) Fails to download the Daemon

Greetings, first time trying out Syncthing.

It looks like on windows there is an issue, after it checks that I do not possess the syncthing daemon anywhere on my machine, it attempts to download it with the following error.

Same problem, I have windows 10.

Same here. Since it's been over a year with no action I guess I'll have to look for something different since I can't run it.
