There is no mobile friendly design and please check lead page and also home page is not mobile friendly

Also, when I create a new Lead without assigning an Organization, I receive a '500 - Server Error.' In version 1.30, it worked without strictly requiring an Organization to be assigned.

We will do it our next minor release. Currently we are releasing the patch version so we wont deliver this now.
