I'm looking to leverage the example driver in some new documentation on kubernetes.io (kubernetes/website#49079) and it would greatly simplify those docs if they could rely on pre-built artifacts in a single kubectl apply or helm install command vs. duplicating the steps from the README here to clone the repo and build the driver from source.
