Lock more STX and Extend stacking button bug

When a user has revoked their delegation the management page shows the following two buttons:

(it should direct to pooled stacking page and show options to restart pooling (same pool, same or more STX. If they want to pool with another operator they have to wait for the cycle to end first).
This pooler revoked before their funds started earning but they were already locked by the fastpool contract. I do not expect them to ever see the "direct stacking info page".
