could use it for optional features like:

Current planet positions in the landing page
Planetary moon positions in a natal chart
Interactive "try different house systems" page with only chart rendering
Interactive "try different composite charts" page

Could even take care of #38 -- since it's not a vital feature.

At the time of evaluation, hotwire wasn't ready: turbo was sending a bogus Accepts header -- it seems fixed as per: hotwired/turbo#24
