增加rtmp推流功能，便于实时的内容共享

待优化：
1、窗口录制模式下，应用窗口关闭后，状态栏录制进度/状态未自动停止，此时stream应该已经触发didStopWithError，建议优化下逻辑代码
2、录制时用快捷键截帧需优化，截取动作无感知，建议增加对屏幕/窗口边缘的增强显示
