What happened?

The option to place a window with a message on top of everything else once the time is elapsed no longer works.

Other information

This happened at the same time a new look for cinnamon UI elements was introduced (volume control became a much thinner bar without the percent displayed; the shutdown menu got changed into a rounder and darker style) :Ü™
