This is a follow up to #87:
Migrate LNT on Google Cloud from a Google-internal project to the project owned by the LLVM foundation.

First step: figure out who is running/maintaining LNT at the moment.

The current setup on Google Cloud is is:

  • VM: 2 cores, 13 GB RAM, 1 TB hdd (n1-highmem-2)
    • storage: 128 GB used
  • MySQL database with 50 GB storage, 20 GB used (with 2 replica, not sure what they are used for)
  • OS: Debian GNU/Linux 8.11 (jessie)
