Flags in sidebar is wrong, or non existing

The flag showing for Swedish is not the Swedish flag. If the language file is named se.json it will show the swedish flag, but se is the country code and sv is the language code so this behavior is incorrect.

There is no flag at all for nb.json. If naming the file to no.json the Norwegian flag is shown, but again this is the country code and not the primary language code.

As it is now this plugin encourages to naming files to country codes instead of language codes, this must be a mistake?

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Install the plugin, create language json files for Swedish (sv.json) and Norwegian "Bokmål" (nb.json)
