Expected/Desired Behavior or Experience:

There's a key control for flipping the car around so that its front becomes its back and vice versa.

Actual Behavior:

There's controls for going forward and for going backward but no control for turning the car around.

Motivation:

To explore what's involved in flipping entities around and identify ways to make this, as a general concept, more convenient for users.

For issue #287: Can't turn car around in Car Testbed test.

- Adds new BodyConf builder convenience methods.
- Adds new free functions for getting and setting Body settings.
- Updates the Car Testbed Test/demo to enable car turning around via reflection transformations.
- Adds associated unit test code.
