Certain db files not being extracted

This isn't meant to be an exhaustive list, but these files were observed missing:

• achievement_category
• cfg_categories
• cfg_configs
• cfg_regions
• questv2
• questv2clitask
• startup_strings
• weaponswingsounds2
• world_pvp_area

I am not sure the exact cause, but considering the other 1000 files are exported as expected, it might be some niché issue.

This may be WDC5. Wowless has hand-rolled support. luadbc may support it as well, but last time I checked (many months ago) that had some tradeoffs. It may be a clean upgrade now.
