its almost done but there is issue with transparent background, maybe I release macOS and windows beta version without supporting transparent background.

btw, after digging a bit, it seems only to work in a webview, and if you are going to support desktop platforms, how do you implement the desktop version of in-app webviews?
From flutter issues, I found it's still open: flutter/flutter#31713

I tested with the macOS and its working the problem is the transparent background won't work properly, I will try to create clone of in-app webView if they don't fix it.
