Introduction

This is an unofficial allPay(歐付寶) SDK implemented in Python3 . only main functions are implemented now. CheckOutString(), CheckOut(), CheckOutFeedback() has been implemented. In general, it could be used in all python3 webframework (like flask , bottle) ..etc
