Bundle can upgrad and uninstall after resolving fail

Actual Behavior

Bundle can't upgrad and uninstall after resolving fail

Steps to Reproduce

Install a bundle which dependency error
Bundle resolving fail and keep status in installed

macchina.io Version

2021.1

Is this normal?
I operate it on web UI, thanks.
