ERR App not found

What happened?

Hi
For some reason I cant find/download the following app:
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/parachute-health-sales-reps/id1467368766?platform=ipad
The bundle id (from what I can see): com.parachutehealth.ssr
but search returns 0 and obviously what I try to download it say app not found.
(The app is in US App Store as same as my account) so I'm not sure why would that happen

I am unable to reproduce the issue. Make sure you are actually authenticated with the correct account. ipatool auth info.

$ ipatool purchase -b com.parachutehealth.ssr
9:16PM INF success=true

Yes checked it and I can purchase any app but that specific app simply cause me an error:

ipatool purchase  -b com.parachutehealth.ssr --verbose
10:36PM DBG error="app not found"
10:36PM ERR error="app not found" success=false

Any idea what I can try?

Most likely the app you are trying to find is not available in the store of the account you are authenticated with.

Yes I have checked that case and I am on US and the app also, a little bit strange
