Desired Behaviour

While moving the ROI in the Spectrum Viewer it should update the spectrum plot as the ROI is moved around the image. The recent changes made in the Live Viewer should be helpful for this: #2457

Current Behaviour

When the ROI is moved, the Spectrum only recalculates when the ROI is properly placed. This was done in the past due to smoothness issues.
