Dynamic wallpaper editor 1.0

First stable version of the app. The XML parser is quite bad but the app does look cool and can:

• read the start time from an XML file
• read all picture paths from an XML file
• read all durations from an XML file
• edit the start time
• edit durations (per picture or for all of them, concerning both static time and transition time)
• add/remove pictures
• save (or "save as") the result in a XML file
• set an XML file as wallpaper
