Will this library work for custom draw modes, such as mapbox-gl-draw-bezier-curve-mode, when using mapLibre?

Someone asked that question on the repo you mentioned: Jeff-Numix/mapbox-gl-draw-bezier-curve-mode#4. Answer is yes.

MapLibre GL JS still shares a lot of its code with Mapbox GL JS so most plugins still work.

Edit: the "Draw" controls might not render properly in the latest version of MapLibre until the PR mentioned here is merged: #1182
