Restore disabled test

After #3118 land we will have the following disabled tests:

• Fix failing MapboxCoreNavigation unit tests. #3078 disabled_testNotReroutingForAllSteps: Fails for unknown reasons. Fix routeProgress get out of sync with NavNative status #3432
• Tracked separately in Add building highlighting tests. #3256 disabled_testHighlightBuildings: Fails for an unknown reason
• testNotReroutingForAllSteps Restore testNotReroutingForAllSteps test #3401

• Implement new Billing model #3147 disabled_testSKUTokensMatch: Temporarily disabled testSKUTokensMatch test due to changes on Maps SDK side, which lead to SKU ID structure changes. Test should be revised once new pricing implementation lands on Navigation SDK side.
• Restore some tests #3118 disabled_testManagerTellsDelegateWhenNavigationStartsAndEndsDueToArrival: Fails for an unknown reason
