Hi! I would appreciate some help with the translation of the Launcher!

For help with the translation, you can download the file I am attaching. It is entirely in English, just translate it into Russian and then send it back to me here. As soon as I can, I will test and incorporate the translation into the Launcher and if everything works as expected, I will release the update for everyone.

One thing to note is that a small number of UI elements are untranslatable, with English being the default. Examples of such elements are some Software names, Author names, some ComboBox values, etc. But the number of UI elements that are untranslatable at the moment is VERY small.

If you have any questions about anything during the translation, just ask here! :)

PS: After downloading the file, change its extension to "XAML" (which is the default extension). I needed to change it to the "TXT" extension per GitHub's upload form requirement.

There's a bit more than half of the text left to translate, so to not waste any time, could you please tell me in what context the word 'DISMISS' is used? Line: <system:String x:Key="launcher_toast_dismiss">DISMISS</system:String>
