There is not enough information here to resolve your problem. The HTML you provide looks like the output of MathJax v2, but that doesn't help in understanding your v3 issue, as we would need the TeX or MathML formatted math, no the MathJax output. It may also be important to see your MathJax configuration, and other details about how you are calling MathJax.

You have ignored the issue template that we provided that asks you for this type of detail. Please go back and provide the requested information if you want us to be able to help you with this.
