Dataloader returns first track only

I am transferring our conversation to this issue on the PC viewer script.

Here is the summary:

• The following script uses plotly Dash to display the image patches corresponding the datapoints in a PCA plot : https://github.com/mehta-lab/VisCy/blob/msd_update/applications/contrastive_phenotyping/figures/interactive_plot_wDisplay.py
• I moved from loading each track to preloading the tracks in an entire fov to get better refresh rate when looking through the images on the PC viewer.
• I used the option for defining a single fov and the list of tracks from that fov to explore just that fov on the viewer.

In the current state, just the images from the first track id in the list are preloaded. The issue persists when the script is used without the app components.
