Although all language settings support multiple languages, this feature was designed and intended mainly for single languages. Setting up multiple languages may also negatively impact performance due to a prolonged "language detection phase".

Tasks

  • Update /search#query-locales with warning regarding performance when configuring multiple languages for a single index
  • Update /settings#localized-attributes with warning regarding performance when configuring multiple languages for a single index
