Help Wanted: A HOWTO on adding new content to this site #63

Per conversations in Slack, I'm looking to prove out the basic "write something in Markdown, submit a PR, get it merged and deployed" workflow and then write it up as a blog post page for this site.

Anyone who wants to help write it or at least prod me into getting it done is welcome to chime in :)

n.b. - Other solutions like Wordpress and Jekyll have been considered but set aside for now due to not being sufficiently better to justify the effort (at least that's the current perception).
